When creating in-store merchandising, it’s just as important to consider an associate’s selling journey as it is a shopper’s buying journey. How can we make it as easy as possible for an associate to offer and sell our plans?
From designing brochures that make it simple for associates to walk a member through plan details, to color-coding envelopes so that associates can quickly identify and grab the plan they need, we never forget that associates are our most important partners.
