Creative Direction

Allstate’s strong brand could boost engagement by 30%, so I worked with the Creative Director to apply its visuals: light gradient collages, lifestyle photos, modern lowercase type, echo patterns, and bold CTA colors.

We don't want the email to be one off, I created the email modules to save times and to be visually consisted.

& reflection

Communicate with crossed functional teams

We spent of time on communication with the external stackholders. It was lot of hassle to let them provide feedback on Figma files. We learn Microsoft tools are they day to day tools. We managed to use them familiars tool to avoid the back and forth communicate.

Be flexible, and use big picture thinking the whole project

For some special request, we provide additional Arial typeface version to avoid the potential issue on the business partner side of the develop production.
